Stress Impact on Health

This world is highly equipped by those people who are highly victimized by a disease known as stress. Stress is a state of mental and emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. In simple words, stress is caused by certain circumstances that happen unexpectedly or that you don’t want to happen. For example, if a student is preparing for an exam, but he finds his subject difficult, he starts worrying about how he would prepare, how would he pass that subject etc. This worrying causes stress and he then becomes unable to study.

Stress has many impacts. Stress can impact us emotionally, mentally and physically as well. Stress also plays a major role in affecting our health.
Stress affects our body, our behavior, and our mood. The common symptoms of stress on our body are sleeping problems, stomach pain, headache, and laziness. The symptoms of stress on our behavior are angriness, fighting without any reason, shouting, use of tobacco or drugs and overeating and under eating. Similarly, symptoms of stress on our mood are depression, anxiety, dullness, sadness, and irritability.

1. Stress impacts on body:-
The impact of stress on our body is quite common. Stress can easily be noticed. The person who is in any kind of stress is most likely to sleep for too long or to not sleep at all. He might find it difficult to sleep and he passes his whole night by changing sides only. He might feel some kind of light stomach pain and headache that will be with him for long. No medicine would affect him then. He might also feel laziness in his movements. He might not want to do any kind of work. That’s because he is tightly tied with the chains of stress. There are many other impacts as well but the most common are the ones that I mentioned. But remember the reason behind all of them is not always stress. Sometimes that person might feel those things.

2. Stress Impacts on Behavior:-
A person who is under stress can have an unusual behavior. He will, without any reason, shout, becomes angry on little things, will fight with his dear ones and others will scold his family members, will use tobacco and drugs (if he is already using, he will use more) and will either eat more or less than usual. These are the common symptoms of stress affecting behavior. If noticed, he should be asked by his dear ones with sympathy if he is in any kind of trouble or what. If you react harshly on his actions chances are he might overdo his actions and becomes more and more stressed.

3. Stress Impacts on Mood:-
The mood of the person can be seen and noticed easily. If his mood is good, he is alright, but if his mood is not good, he is under stress. He might be the victim of depression, anxiety, his smile will be lost for a long time, his face becomes dull, his sadness can be seen and he will be seen irritated. Again he should be taken care, should be shown sympathy and should be motivated. Otherwise, he can harm himself as well under deep stress.

These are the three impacts that can be caused by stress. Under some rare occasions, people also commit suicides when they just give up and don’t have the power to bear more stress. So it is extremely important to take care of those people who are in stress. They might share their stress with their dear ones and this action of them can somewhat relieve them. Do show sympathy to those and take care of those people. Otherwise, they might be the victims of something greater than stress.

Self Improvement

Self improvement means to improve your knowledge, status, or character by your own efforts. It is the most important thing to adopt because not every person is going to be with you forever to guide you. It is a good practice to seek guidance from others on how to improve yourself but at the same time you should be able to find your own flaws and try to make them vanish in order to live flawlessly. In this article I am going to share some of my own points which I personally think are important for self improvement. So, let’s begin then: 1.      Self Contemplation:- The first point which I want to discuss with you is that, you should give proper attention to yourself. For you the most important thing should be what you want or what you desire more than what others desire. You should not be hesitated in giving yourself the things that make you satisfy. In fact, you must realize that you are the most important person in your life. All the points that I am going ...

Public Speaking might probably be one of the most difficult things because you need to take care of many little things in front of the public. You need to choose strong words, good gesture and posture, formal dress etc. But one thing that can fail/pass all those things is your confidence. While public speaking, confidence is the most important factor that you must have. You must not shiver at any cost because shivering may cause several bad things to happen like forgetting your speech or presentation, confusion etc and you give up on presenting or speech before time. This does not leave a good mark on your audience and you end up embarrassing on what you have done. Well it happens most of the time with most people. But this problem can be overcome and my purpose of writing this blog is to abduct that public apprehension from you. So let’s get started… 1.      Believe in yourself:- Many people just sit idle hoping that they don’t get chosen for public speak...
