Types and Effects of Pollution

Our planet, ‘The Earth’ is already facing some serious and major issues like terrorism, electricity problem, racism etc. Among them pollution is also a major issue which has some deadly effects on all creatures and environment. There are 7 types of pollution:
1.    Water Pollution
2.    Air Pollution
3.    Soil Pollution
4.    Thermal Pollution
5.    Radioactive Pollution
6.    Noise Pollution
7.    Light Pollution
All these types of pollution are extremely dangerous. How are they dangerous? What effects do they have on our lives? Well you will find out how.
1.    Water Pollution:-

Water pollution involves contagion of various water bodies. The
aquatic creatures mainly depend upon those bodies and feed on them. What is the reason of water pollution? Industrial water, use of sprays like pesticides or insecticides, use of detergent to wash clothes in front of a river and use of oil pills are the reasons for water pollution. These all things get dumped into the water bodies resulting in chemical imbalance and become the main reason of the deaths of aquatic animals.
2.   Air Pollution:-

Air pollution is caused by the mixture of smoke with air. Smoke
contains harmful gases that are not suitable for our health. Air is naturally comprised of 78.09% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04% of carbon dioxide and small amount of other gases. When this balance is disturbed by amalgamation of other gases that air can be harmful for us and can give us different diseases like Asthma. This balance can be disturbed by partially combustive exhaust gases, industrial gases and burning of plastic, wood and rubber.
3.   Soil Pollution:-

Divesting soil using insecticides or pesticides is known as soil
pollution. Plants depend on soil for their nutrition. Artificial chemicals
absorb nitrogen from the soil resulting in lacking or not growing of plants. Plants hold the soil together so if the plants can’t grow the soil will erode.
4.   Thermal Pollution:-

Thermal pollution is caused by the rise in temperature artificially or
naturally. The industries usually release a lot of heat energy which goes up and mixes with air. Vehicles which use combustion engines also release heat as they require high temperature to work. Thermal pollution causes melting of polar ice caps which lead to rise in water levels. Since eighteen hundreds thermal pollution has significantly increased and it is increasing day by day.
5.   Radioactive Pollution:-

When a radioactive element breaks up, it ejects various rays. One of
them is beta ray which is very dangerous and can be responsible for cancer and other deadly diseases. This is called radioactive pollution.
6.   Noise Pollution:-

The increasing of noise by any means for example vehicle horns,
people shouting, use of heavy machines etc. Noise pollution can be responsible in damaging ear drums making a person deaf. It can also cause stress because noise is the term used for unpleasant sound. The sound which is unpleasant to hear can often cause damage mentally not physically.
7.   Light Pollution:-

Blazing light which can often be seen in big cities cause light
pollution. This bright light directly effects on the retina of the eye especially at night time. This bright light can cause pain in the eyes often resulting in blindness and headache issue.

Above are the seven types of pollution and every type gives a direct damage to creatures. This proves that how pollution can be dangerous. It would be highly recommended to avoid pollution as much as possible. However it is very hard because we face almost every pollution daily. It would be safe to assume that pollution has become a part of our daily lives. But we need to keep ourselves away from these pollution. We can use face masks, sun glasses, heat and dirt protection uppers etc to keep ourselves safe. If we don’t take any step today we will risk our lives later on.

Self Improvement

Self improvement means to improve your knowledge, status, or character by your own efforts. It is the most important thing to adopt because not every person is going to be with you forever to guide you. It is a good practice to seek guidance from others on how to improve yourself but at the same time you should be able to find your own flaws and try to make them vanish in order to live flawlessly. In this article I am going to share some of my own points which I personally think are important for self improvement. So, let’s begin then: 1.      Self Contemplation:- The first point which I want to discuss with you is that, you should give proper attention to yourself. For you the most important thing should be what you want or what you desire more than what others desire. You should not be hesitated in giving yourself the things that make you satisfy. In fact, you must realize that you are the most important person in your life. All the points that I am going ...

While public speaking, confidence is the most important factor that you must have. You must not shiver at any cost because shivering may cause several bad things to happen like forgetting your speech or presentation, confusion etc and you give up on presenting or speech before time. This does not leave a good mark on your audience and you end up embarrassing on what you have done. Well it happens most of the time with most people. But this problem can be overcome and my purpose of writing this blog is to abduct that public apprehension from you. So let’s get started… 1.      Believe in yourself:- Many people just sit idle hoping that they don’t get chosen for public speak...
