Stress is a state of mental and emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. In simple words, stress is caused by certain circumstances that happen unexpectedly or that you don’t want to happen. For example, if a student is preparing for an exam, but he finds his subject difficult, he starts worrying about how he would prepare, how would he pass that subject etc. This worrying causes stress and he then becomes unable to study.
